Dr. Samah Masroor Mabrook Al-Kunfizi

In India / Hyderabad, Unani System of Medicine was introduced by Arabs including of Mr. Masroor Mabrook Al-Kunfizi and soon it took firm roots. The Hyderabads Prince(rulers) provided patronage to the scholars of Unani System and even enrolled some as state employees and court physicians. During the British rule, Unani System suffered a set back due to withdrawal of State Patronage, but continued to be practiced as the masses reposed faith in the system An out standing physician and scholar of Unani Medicine, Masroor Mabrook Al Kunfizi(1878-1975) championed the cause system in Hyderabad. After Independence of India, Unani System was recognized as one of the Indian Systems of medicine and steps were taken to develop and Propagate this system. After Masroor Mabrook Al-Kunfizi his Elder son Dr. Samah Masroor Mabrook Al-Kunfizi Along with his father practising natural cure methods from his childhood.

Dr. Mabrook has studied H.S.C from Dar-Ul-Uloom High School 1966, and Successfully completed P.U.C from Anwar-Ul-Uloom college and done Bachelors of Arts from Anwar-Ul-Uloom 1971.

Acquired Bachelors in Unani Medicine and Surgery from Tibii College Hyderabad 1980, and Registered Unani Medical Practioner 1980 under the guidance of Hakeem Imtiyaz Ali Shiblee, completed Interneeshio in the year of 1980. He has been worked for Yousuf Ahmed Kaanu Construction Company in Abu-Dhabi in the year of 1971-1974.
